Project Estimator in West Palm Beach, FL, Florida at Entrusted

Entrusted is hiring a driven Project Estimator (Pre-Construction Consultant) with a consultative sales approach in West Palm Beach and Surrounding Areas – Stuart, Jupiter, Delray Beach, Fort Lauderdale. In this role, you'll meet with homeowners after property damage, assess reconstruction needs, guide them through next steps, and set projects up for success with tailor-made solutions. If you thrive on metrics, ownership, and being rewarded for results, all while impacting people in their time of need, this position is for you.
Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners at the point of impact and become their trusted guide as you begin the reconstruction process
• Assess damage, build the scope, and present reconstruction solutions with the confidence of a trusted advisor
• Document damage and submit required paperwork within one business day
• Serve as the main contact for homeowners, providing updates throughout the estimating & reconstruction process
• Navigate insurance processes and attend re-inspections when needed
• Coordinate with supervisors and project managers for smooth project handoffs
• Manage multiple active files at once while prioritizing customer experience and revenue outcomes
• Other duties may be assigned

• Genuine comfort with consultative, face-to-face selling and a hunger for goal-driven performance
• A closer's mentality: strong work ethic, integrity, and extreme ownership
• Confident, persuasive, and professional communication, in person and under pressure
• Organization and time management in a fast-paced, field-based role
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
