About This Position

The Pre-Construction Consultant (PCC) is a consultative, customer-facing role responsible for selling Entrusted’s reconstruction services through excellent estimating, problem-solving, and customer care. This position blends field work, relationship-based sales, and administrative follow-through, offering independence, growth, and meaningful impact.

In this role, you’ll meet with homeowners after property damage, assess reconstruction needs, guide them through next steps, and set projects up for success. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact during the pre-construction phase—turning stressful situations into clear plans and confident decisions.

If you’re looking for an opportunity to build meaningful relationships, solve real problems, and help families move forward after property damage, Entrusted may be your new work family. No prior construction or restoration experience is required. We’re looking for individuals with strong communication skills, ownership mindset, and the drive to grow — we’ll teach you the rest.
