Position: Associate, B2B Operations & Album Sales

Location: hello82 | Los Angeles, CA

Work Hours: M-F 9:30AM to 6:30PM

This role supports the day-to-day operations of hello82’s B2B album sales business. You will manage orders, timelines, and documentation across multiple releases while coordinating with internal teams and external partners. This is a highly execution-focused role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments

• Support B2B album sales operations across multiple concurrent releases
• Manage order details, quantities, timelines, and requirements with precision
• Track projects and deadlines using Asana and maintain clear communication via Slack
• Coordinate with internal commerce, production, and operations teams
• Maintain trackers, documentation, and reporting for sales and partner activity
• Support release-week execution to ensure operational consistency
• Collect and organize sales data and assist with internal reporting
• Communicate professionally with external partners
• Identify inefficiencies and help improve operational workflows
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and tight deadlines

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, sales operations, e-commerce, or a related field
• Fluent in Shopify workflows and terminology
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides
• Working knowledge of Slack and Asana for daily communication and project management
• Strong written and verbal communication with a professional business tone
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Able to manage large workloads and multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable in high-speed, frequently changing environments
• Flexible, adaptable, and solution-oriented

• Experience in music, entertainment, or consumer products
• Familiarity with retail or wholesale workflows
