REGISTERED NURSES-Day and Night Shifts Available at Springbrook Behavioral Health System – Travelers Rest, South Carolina

We are looking for a compassionate, team-oriented Registered Nurses to join our team. We have full-time and part-time opportunities on both day and night shift and offer competitive pay. Psychiatric nursing experience preferred, but not required.

Springbrook Behavioral Health System has three units, including adult psychiatric, acute pediatric autism, and our residential treatment facility for pediatric autism.

We offer block schedules, so you will work with the same team of nurses and always know what days you have off, even months ahead of time. Teams work every other weekend and generous paid time off is available after 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately administer patient medications using electronic MAR
• Assess patients psychiatric and medical needs
• Perform routine procedures and tests (phlebotomy, vital signs, EKGs, Urine Drug Screens Rapid Strep, Rapid Influenza, COVID and more)
• Participate in treatment planning
• Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients

Skills

• Psychiatric experience preferred, but training is available to nurses passionate about entering the psychiatric field
• Excellent nursing assessment skills

• ADN, BSN or MSN
• Valid nursing license in SC or compact state
