About This Position
JOB SUMMARY
Working in conjunction with leadership throughout the organization, the Senior Data Analyst is responsible for the identification and management of the organization’s analytical data requirements. Once identified and prioritized, the Senior Data Analyst is responsible for the implementation and ongoing support of the data sources, dashboards, reports, etc. built and used in support of corporate, financial, and clinical operations throughout the organization. assessment design, data capture, data analysis, and data visualization.

Work with service line leadership, clinical and non-clinical staff, information technology, and corporate management to develop and implement analytical frameworks in support of operations throughout the GSRN organization.
Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams, IT department analytical staff and EHR vendors to ensure EHR data can be intelligently utilized to inform business practice.
Work with clinical and non-clinical teams, IT department analytical staff and EHR vendors to document and normalize data used throughout the organization.
Work with clinical and non-clinical teams and GRSN senior management on a strategy to house normalized, consolidated data used throughout the organization.
Provides analytical support that enables integration of data to meet organizational goals and departmental needs.
Communicate results through written and verbal presentation of data at planned intervals and upon request. Presents to clinical sites, managers, clinicians, and administrators.
Provides statistical and automation support to organizational projects. Improve current processes through automation while maintaining data integrity.
Provides oversight, training, and support to investigators utilizing REDCap for data capture and management.
