An engineering firm specializing in structural and electrical engineering services is expanding its commercial division due to increased project demand. With decades of combined industry experience, the organization supports builders, developers, and property owners with high-quality engineering and drafting solutions.

The company is seeking a highly skilled Revit Drafter with strong commercial project experience to support its expanding commercial portfolio. This role requires a minimum of five years of professional Revit drafting experience specifically focused on commercial construction projects.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in producing detailed construction documents, coordinating across disciplines, and maintaining high drafting standards in a fast-paced environment.

Produce detailed commercial construction drawings using Autodesk Revit

Develop and maintain BIM models for commercial projects

Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project managers

Interpret design concepts and translate them into technical documentation

Incorporate redline markups and revisions accurately and efficiently

Ensure compliance with Florida building codes and commercial construction standards

Participate in coordination meetings as required

Maintain organized project documentation throughout all phases

Minimum 5 years of professional Revit drafting experience

Proven commercial project experience (office, retail, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, etc.)

Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit

Strong understanding of commercial construction documentation standards

Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Must be authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship available)

Associates or Bachelors degree in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering Technology, or related field

Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection (Navisworks preferred)

AutoCAD experience
