Warehouse Worker at Mustang Freightways Ltd. – Calgary, Alberta

Mustang Freightways is looking for a Part Time Forklift Operator/Dock Worker the successful candidate should be available to work Monday, Wednesday & Friday 7am to 12:30pm and Saturday 7am to 11am.

As a Full Time Forklift Operator/Dock Worker you will work on a fast-paced cross dock, and be involved in:

• Loading and unloading 53-foot van trailers, or flat decks
• Sorting freight to be loaded
• Operating a forklift
• Manual lifting, up to 50 lbs.
• Cubing freight
• Cleaning and organizing the dock
• Freight manifesting
• Other duties as assigned

We are looking for someone who has:

• 2-5 years’ experience operating a sit-down counterbalance forklift
• A general knowledge of the transportation industry
• Experience loading and unloading LTL trailers using a forklift
• Experience handling dangerous goods considered an asset
• Basic computer skills are required
• Strong command of the English language
• A positive attitude
