Administrative Support
- Assist with program scheduling, event coordination, and communication with postdoctoral fellows.
- Organize digital files, manage spreadsheets, and maintain program documentation.
- Support data entry, record-keeping and tracking.
Research and Literature Review Support - Conduct structured literature searches on topics relevant to professional development, career pathways, mentoring or pedagogy.
- Summarize articles and create annotated bibliographies.
- Compile background materials for workshops and curriculum updates.
- Maintain a database of sources, citations, and review notes.
Salary Range:
Commensurate with experience.
