We are seeking an Office Liaison to serve as the central hub of our office and the first point of connection for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment, keeping things organized and running smoothly, and supporting both people and processes.

What You’ll Do

Which will include:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for clients in person, by phone, and via email
  • Coordinating and managing client scheduling across multiple calendars and priorities in a complex scheduling environment
  • Thoughtfully triaging incoming calls and inquiries with discretion
  • Preparing meeting spaces and helping ensure the office is consistently client-ready
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail, overnight shipments, and periodic client check deposits
  • Taking ownership of office organization, supplies, snacks, and shared spaces to ensure a calm, client-ready environment
  • Supporting internal administrative workflows and serving as a central coordination point for the office and team
  • Providing direct administrative support to the Executive Vice President of Administration
  • Participating in internal team briefs and assisting with preparation of client meeting agendas
  • Performing basic account maintenance and money movement tasks
  • Growing into more complex account maintenance and money movement responsibilities over time, and serving as backup support for core administrative functions
  • Handling sensitive client and firm information with discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
