What You’ll Do:

• Greet patients warmly and professionally, in person and over the phone.
  
• Schedule and manage appointments efficiently to keep the day running smoothly.
  
• Check patients in and out, collect payments, and verify insurance.
  
• Support providers by keeping them updated on patient arrivals and delays.
  
• Answer questions, ease patient concerns, and provide exceptional care and service.
  
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage office inventory.
  
• Assist in emergencies and protect patient privacy at all times.
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years in a medical or healthcare setting.
  
• Strong multitasking, organization, and time management skills.
  
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service focus.
  
• Proficiency with scheduling and office software; eCW experience a plus.
  
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
  
• Ability to pass a Level II background check.
