Director, Contracts & Compliance at HYERTEK INC – Rockville, Maryland

HyerTek is seeking a senior contracts and compliance leader to own both functions end-to-end. You will negotiate primes and subs, maintain our CMMC and ISO programs, and serve as our Facility Security Officer.

What You’ll Do

• Negotiate NDAs, teaming agreements, primes, subcontracts, task orders, and mods.
• Maintain our CMMC Level 2 posture: control evidence, annual affirmations, SPRS upkeep, and reassessment readiness.
• Maintain our ISO 9001, 20000-1, and 27001 program: internal audits, surveillance, and management reviews.
• Serve as FSO: facility clearance, NISP reporting, insider threat, DD-254s, and ITAR/EAR determinations.
• Run personnel security in partnership with HR: clearance onboarding, indoctrinations, visit requests, periodic reinvestigations, and offboarding debriefs.
• Own SAM.gov, GSA eMod, FPDS, eSRS, and federal registration upkeep. Annual reps and certs.
• Partner with capture on bid/no-bid, teaming structure, and risk pricing.
• Build a unified contracts and compliance program using tools including GovDash, Unanet, and Microsoft SharePoint.

• 10+ years in federal contracts and compliance.
• Hands-on experience as both prime and subcontractor.
• Strong command of FAR, DFARS, and DoD subcontracting flow-downs.
• Previous experience running FSO-related activities.
• Experience maintaining a CMMC Level 2 or NIST 800-171 program post-assessment.
• Familiarity with at least one ISO standard (9001, 20000-1, or 27001) as an auditor or program owner.
• Experience running cleared personnel onboarding and offboarding alongside HR.
• Experience in the proposal management lifecycle.
• Active Secret clearance required.
