About This Opportunity

Hiring Cooks to prepare quality meals, maintain a clean kitchen, and follow food safety standards. This fast-paced role requires reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Prior experience is preferred, but motivated candidates willing to learn will be considered. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with both full-time and part-time shifts available.

Bonus Opportunity

• $350 Attendance Bonus for perfect attendance during the first 30 days

Assignment Details

Pay: $17.50 +/hour (Depending on Experience)

Schedule: Wednesday – Sunday

Full-Time Shift: 5:30/6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Part-Time Shift: 4:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Pre Employment Requirements

• Drug Screen Required
• Background Check Required
• Client Interview Required

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize cooking station
• Cook orders accurately and efficiently
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Maintain clean work areas
• Communicate during shift changes
• Support team culture and safety
• Perform additional duties as needed

Equipment, Tools, or Systems Used

• Forklifts and warehouse equipment

Work Environment and Dress Code

• Indoor kitchen with heat and temperature changes
• Dress Code:
  • Jeans, solid color t-shirts, work boots
  • Jacket recommended for early shifts
  • Clothes suitable for getting dirty

Must Have:

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to learn (training provided if needed)
• Solid work history
• Strong communication and organization
• Problem-solving and multitasking ability

Other Requirements:

• Language: English or bilingual
• Transportation: Reliable transportation required
• Tools: Standard kitchen tools, POS system

Certifications:

• Food safety certification provided after hire

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Stand for long periods
• Perform physical tasks (kneeling, bending, etc.)
