At Lost Rail Golf Club, we blend the intimacy of a destination course with the character of a classic club. We are currently looking for dedicated Line Cooks to join our culinary team through Landscapes Golf Management (LGM).

The RoleAs a Line Cook, you are the backbone of our kitchen operations. You’ll be responsible for bringing our menu to life while maintaining the high standards our members expect.
What You’ll Do:
- Create & Plate: Handle daily food production, ensuring every dish follows our recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the team to assist in menu development and station management.
- Maintain Excellence: Keep the kitchen organized, manage stock orders from vendors, and ensure we exceed all health code and cleanliness regulations.
- Ownership: Take pride in your station, from prep and cooking to the final closing checklist.
- A positive, service-oriented attitude.
- A commitment to quality and a sharp eye for detail.

- The ability to maintain a professional appearance and follow club policies.

Requirements:KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

- Must have the ability to deliver a high level of customer service.

- Basic culinary skills and knowledge.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in food preparation and cooking preferred.
