As a Commercial Roofer, you will play an essential role in hands-on roof installation, maintenance, and repairs. Under the direct supervision of a Commercial Roofing Foreman, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals while learning new roofing systems and techniques. What You’ll Do:

• Install new roofing systems on commercial, industrial, and multifamily buildings.
• Inspect roofs, identify issues, and work with the team to implement effective repair solutions.
• Assist with measuring roofs and calculating materials needed for each project.
• Remove and dispose of old roofing materials while ensuring that the completed roof is watertight.
• Work on both low-slope and steep-slope roofs, installing shingles, tiles, and other roofing materials.
• Install vapor barriers, insulation, and related roof components to ensure long-lasting durability.
• Learn to install roof-related metal flashings such as drip edges, coping caps, and counter flashings.
• Assist with the installation of various roofing systems, including TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, and Metal Roofing.
• Maintain job site cleanliness, ensuring it’s prepared for the application of new roofing materials.
• Install or repair skylights, gutters, downspouts, and drainage systems to prevent water damage.

What We’re Looking For:

• Commercial roofing experience (or similar experience).
• Familiarity with hand tools, measuring tapes, and general roofing practices.
• Willingness to learn and grow your skills in various roofing systems and safety practices.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, following direction and supporting others.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather conditions and heights.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure high-quality, watertight results.
• A strong commitment to safety, with a willingness to follow OSHA and safety guidelines.

Skills & Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of roofing installation and safety procedures.
• Ability to work 8-12 hour shifts, including weekends as needed.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Ability to lift, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred (or willing to obtain).
• Additional safety or manufacturer certifications are a plus.

Habilidades/Calificaciones:

• Aplicación experimentada de cualquiera de los siguientes sistemas de techo: EPDM TPO PVC Sistemas Modificados Tapajuntas Metálicos o Construidos.
• Conocimiento práctico de los procedimientos de seguridad para techos comerciales/industriales y los requisitos de OSHA.
• Dispuesto a capacitarse y utilizar el software de la compañía.
• Posibilidad de viajar fuera del estado si es necesario.
• Un miembro de EQUIPO.
