What It Takes to Win in This Role
Client Account Administration
- Maintain existing client accounts and process new account applications.
- Ensure accuracy of account data and documentation, following data governance standards.
Customer Service & Issue Resolution
- Serve as primary point of contact for account-related inquiries.
- Resolve client concerns by partnering with internal teams and escalating complex issues appropriately.
Data Integrity & Compliance
- Validate necessary documents and update systems accordingly.
- Maintain high data quality, correct errors, and meet departmental performance standards.
What You Bring to the Table
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. 5+ years of customer service or operations experience in financial services.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
- RIA or wealth management operations experience.
- Familiarity with custodial platforms (Schwab, Fidelity).
- CRM system experience.
