Wage Range: $31.79 $50.58 per hour - LPN Nationally Licensed
$2.00 Float Pool Pay

The LPN is responsible for assisting providers in delivering quality patient care.

The LPN is responsible for assisting providers in delivering quality patient care.
Primary Duties:
- Greets and prepares patients for exams.
- Takes patients history and vitals.
- Assists provider with exam/surgical procedures and diagnostic testing.
- Performs tests, administers injections and medications, as per providers instruction.
- Sterilizes instruments.
- Triages phone calls and walk-in patients, schedules appointments, handles prescriptions, refills per state and LPN license guidelines.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
License, Certification, Education or Experience:
REQUIREDfor the position: Licensed as a LPN in the State of Washington Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification by date of hire
DESIREDfor the position: One or more years of related work experience
