About This Position
Industrial Service Solutions is looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This role focuses on executing our digital marketing strategy through compelling content creation, social media management, and website maintenance. You'll work collaboratively with key stakeholders to enhance our brand presence across key digital platforms while supporting both organic and paid marketing initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain company presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTubeCreate, curate, and publish engaging B2B content across social platformsDevelop social media calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and industry eventsMonitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and industry conversationsSelectively execute paid social media campaigns and optimize for performanceManage sponsored search campaigns through HubSpotExecute paid advertising campaigns across digital channelsMonitor campaign performance and optimize for ROISupport integrated marketing campaigns with digital componentsMaintain and update website content using WordPressEnsure website content remains current, accurate, and optimized for user experienceSupport SEO initiatives through content optimizationTrack, analyze, and report on digital marketing metrics and KPIsProvide regular performance reports on social media, website traffic, and campaign effectivenessUse data insights to recommend improvements and inform strategyMaintain marketing dashboards in HubSpot
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or similar production-driven field2-5 years of B2B marketing experienceDemonstrated experience in content creation and digital marketingProficiency in HubSpot for social media management and marketing automationExperience with WordPress or similar CMS platformsProficiency in Canva or similar design tools for content creationStrong understanding of social media best practices for B2B audiencesExperience with paid digital advertising (social media and search)Proficiency in analytics tools and ability to interpret dataExcellent writing and editing skills with attention to detailStrong project management and organizational abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentCreative mindset with ability to translate technical concepts into engaging contentUnderstanding of B2B buyer journey and industrial/technical marketsSelf-motivated with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience in industrial, manufacturing, or technical B2B sectorsBasic graphic design or video editing skillsExperience with Adobe Creative SuiteKnowledge of SEO best practicesFamiliarity with email marketing platforms
