Compensation: $1,500-$7,000+ per week (personal commission and bonuses + overrides)

Role Overview

The Area Lead is responsible for developing and leading a team of fiber sales representatives in their assigned market. This is a player-coach role, meaning Area Leads still sell, but also:

• Recruit new reps
• Train team members
• Run field blitzes when assigned
• Drive area performance

Top Area Leads build teams that produce hundreds of sales per month.

What You’ll Do

Leadership Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard new sales reps
• Train new hires in door-to-door sales fundamentals
• Conduct field ride-alongs and coaching
• Monitor rep performance and activity
• Lead daily team huddles
• Coordinate territory coverage

Sales Responsibilities:

• Continue selling fiber internet personally
• Close high-value opportunities
• Support reps on difficult closes
• Maintain strong community relationships

Requirements

• Previous sales experience (preferred)
• Leadership or mentoring experience
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays
• Strong work ethic and self-discipline
• Be located in, or be willing to travel at own expense to assigned locations
