$19.80 PER HOUR

The City of Northampton Parks and Recreation Department is seeking dynamic individuals looking to make a difference in the lives of children this summer. Traditional full day camp fun and adventures!

Must be 21 years of age or older. Equivalent of 3 full time seasons' work experience in youth related recreation activities; or 3 years of college in a related field. Current standard first aid and CPR certification required. Training Provided. Prior supervisory experience preferred. Requires frequent use of personal vehicle.

Qualified Northampton residents will be given first consideration.

Full-time position (45 hours)

Monday through Friday from 8:00 am. – 4:45 p.m. schedule with some variations in hours to accommodate trips and special events. Director begins in June and works until August 27, 2026. Accommodations can be made for college schedules.
