In this remote role within the Life Sciences and digital health space, you will play a pivotal part in designing and deploying high-quality eCOA solutions that power global clinical trials. Acting as a bridge between complex clinical protocols and technical system configurations, you will ensure digital platforms are accurate, compliant, and optimized for performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to deliver seamless implementations that meet regulatory standards and client expectations. This position offers the opportunity to influence study design, improve operational efficiency, and contribute to better patient outcomes worldwide. Working Eastern Time Zone hours, you will operate in a highly collaborative, innovation-driven environment focused on advancing clinical research through technology.
Accountabilities:- Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of digital clinical trial platforms, ensuring compliance with GCP, 21 CFR Part 11, ICH E6(R3), and internal quality standards.
- Translate complex clinical protocols into clear, actionable system configurations aligned with client and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary internal and client teams to deliver solutions from initial planning through full implementation.
- Integrate eCOA systems and connected medical devices (e.g., PEF, oxygen monitors) with broader clinical data management platforms.
- Provide strategic guidance on clinical study design optimization to enhance efficiency and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring milestones and objectives are achieved within agreed timelines.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to refine implementation processes and elevate client satisfaction.
- Deliver client training and ongoing support to ensure effective adoption and utilization of digital platforms.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience designing and configuring digital solutions for clinical trials, including at least 3 years working specifically with eCOA systems.
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial operations and regulatory frameworks related to digital implementations.
- Proven ability to translate complex clinical requirements into precise technical specifications.
- Experience managing senior stakeholders with strong collaboration, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Background in integrating connected medical devices with clinical systems and digital platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
