Outdoor / Patio Server at ELGIN COUNTRY CLUB – Elgin, Illinois

We’re seeking an experienced and energetic Outdoor/Patio Server to join our team for the upcoming season. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing exceptional service in a fast-paced outdoor dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet and serve members and guests on the patio or outdoor dining areas.

· Accurately take orders and enter them into the POS system.

· Maintain a clean, organized station before, during, and after service.

· Assist with setup and teardown of tables, chairs, and umbrellas.

· Communicate effectively with coworkers, kitchen staff, and management during service.

· Manage multiple tables efficiently while multitasking in a high-volume environment.

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to work in varying outdoor weather conditions.

· Handle and carry large trays.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 2 years of serving experience, preferably in high-volume or outdoor dining.

· Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.

· Friendly, professional, and team-oriented demeanor.
