As a Customer Support / Scheduling Coordinator, you are the bridge between our customers and production. You help ensure parts move through our facility efficiently and leave on time.
We are a metal plating/finishing facility. Our work supports medical, aerospace, defense, and industrial manufacturing. Deadlines matter. Communication matters. Follow-through matters.

This role directly impacts customer delivery schedules. We depend on you being here every scheduled day, on time, and ready to work.
Strict security protocols:
Personal mobile devices must be locked up during shifts (available only on breaks and in designated areas).
Warehouse environment: Although this is a customer service type role, you will work mainly in a warehouse/manufacturing setting with exposure to heat, humidity, dust, and noise. This is hands-on, active work. We have a clean warehouse and are compliant with OSHA, Federal, and State regulations.

About this Role
You will serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal production planning.
Your responsibility is to ensure customer orders are tracked, prioritized appropriately, and processed accurately and on time. Must be able to work closely with other departments to ensure expected results.
This role requires urgency, organization, composure, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as primary contact between customers and production planning
- Track and locate customer orders within the facility
- Expedite processing when necesssary
- Coordinate with production to meet delivery timelines
- Communicate clearly regarding scheduling, delays, or updates
- Clarify priorities and resolve conflicts as needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Assist in continuous improvement of workflow and communication
- Follow safety and production guidelines in a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse environment
This position requires attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

What We're Looking For
- Reliable attendance and strong work habits (showing up matters here—your team counts on you!)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years experience in production coordination and/or customer service - in a plating shop (preferred)
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations
- strong phone and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office and data entry)
- Ability to follow written instructions and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- U.S. work authorization
- MUST be able to speak, read, write, and understand English
This position involves walking, standing, reaching and moving throughout the facility as needed.
