• Welcome customers and create an unforgettable Harley-Davidson experience
• Match riders with the bike that fits their style, needs, and dreams
• Sell the freedom, excitement, and lifestyle of Harley-Davidson
• Follow up with customers and build long-term rider relationships
• Work with Finance, Parts & Accessories, and Service to maximize deals
• Stay active, engaged, and fired up on the sales floor
• Handle paperwork, deliveries, and road test procedures like a pro
• Learn, train, grow, and level up your career
