Overview

Lutron Electronics Co., Inc is looking for a self-motivated and highly collaborative Senior Manager, Brand & Marketing Operations to join our team out of our office location in Conshohocken, PA. In this role, you will work closely with marketing leadership, product management, sales, creative, communications, and other cross-functional partners to ensure Lutron’s brand is expressed consistently and effectively across all customer-facing touchpoints.

This highly visible role will serve as a central operational leader for brand execution, helping translate brand strategy into clear priorities, scalable processes, and disciplined execution. The ideal candidate will bring structure, alignment, and accountability to complex initiatives while helping teams move with clarity, consistency, and speed.

In addition, this role will lead the quarterly Brand Identity Review, a cross-functional forum that aligns senior leaders on brand priorities, execution progress, risks, decisions, and next steps. This position plays an important role in supporting Lutron’s long-term approach to brand stewardship, customer experience, and sustainable growth.



Responsibilities

  • Brand Execution: Ensure consistent application of Lutron’s brand identity, messaging, voice, and standards across key customer touchpoints, including digital, sales enablement, events, showrooms, partner channels, and internal-facing materials.
  • Brand Governance: Develop, implement, and maintain governance frameworks that support brand consistency, executional quality, and clear decision-making across channels, teams, and assets.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with marketing leadership, sales, product management, creative, communications, and other stakeholders to align priorities, clarify ownership, and ensure coordinated execution.
  • Quarterly Brand Identity Review Leadership: Lead the planning, preparation, facilitation, and follow-up for the quarterly Brand Identity Review, ensuring senior leaders have visibility into progress, priorities, risks, decisions, and outcomes.
  • Marketing Operations Optimization: Improve workflows, intake processes, operating rhythms, and communication structures to increase speed, efficiency, accountability, and quality of execution.
  • Strategy-to-Execution Planning: Translate brand priorities, customer insights, market dynamics, and business needs into actionable plans, timelines, deliverables, and execution roadmaps.
  • Brand Strategy Operationalization: Operationalize brand strategy across multiple customer touchpoints, channels, and audiences to ensure consistent execution at scale.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs for brand and marketing operations initiatives, track progress, identify risks, and develop leadership-level reporting with recommendations for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Serve as a central connector across teams, influencing stakeholders without direct authority and helping drive alignment in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Long-Term Brand Stewardship: Support Lutron’s long-term brand strength by ensuring decisions, processes, and execution reinforce the company’s values, customer experience, quality standards, and growth objectives.


Qualifications

Must-Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, brand operations, marketing operations, integrated marketing, or a related leadership role required
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across marketing, sales, product, creative, communications, or similar teams
  • Strong understanding of how brand, customer experience, marketing execution, and business outcomes connect in a B2B environment
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence directors, VPs, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, organizational, and project leadership skills
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and follow-through
  • Willingness to travel occasionally; ability to visit other Lutron offices as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in specification-driven, channel-heavy, or relationship-based sales environments
  • Experience in lighting, architecture, design, hospitality, premium/luxury products, or other brand-sensitive industries
  • Familiarity with architects, designers, engineers, specifiers, commercial sales cycles, or partner/channel environments
