Job Title: Part-Time Administrative Assistant (Hybrid / Remote Options Available)
Location: Flexible (Hybrid and Remote Work Options)
Position Type: Part-Time (15–20 hours per week)

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a flexible work environment. You will be reporting to the Executive Director of the agency.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
• Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
• Maintain and organize digital files and records
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and document preparation
• Support team members with administrative tasks and special projects
• Coordinate virtual meetings and prepare meeting materials
• Perform general office duties as needed

Qualifications
• Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Teams, Zoom, Canva or similar tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Flexible hybrid model: combination of remote work and occasional in-person collaboration (if applicable)
• Fully remote option available depending on location and role requirements
