Position Overview

Seeking an experienced construction MEP Superintendent to oversee elevator replacements in an active hosptial. This role is a construction managment role overseeing onsite construction, monitoring contractors and subcontractors coordination, and compliance across multiple contracts. Our client for this role is OGS.



Responsibilities

  • Provide construction inspection for multi-trade (including MEP) contracts to ensure compliance with contract requirements
  • Monitor work and materials to maintain quality control across all phases of construction
  • Coordinate third-party code inspections (including MEP systems) and maintain required documentation
  • Communicate with the project team and support subcontractors to ensure efficient execution of work
  • Perform inspections or coordinate inspectors to meet safety and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain daily reports documenting site activity, visitors, work performed, materials used, and issues encountered
  • Identify and resolve field issues; coordinate and participate in project meetings as needed
  • Oversee site safety and security
  • Review contractor as-built drawings, including MEP systems, for accuracy and completeness


Qualifications
  • 6+ years large-scale construction experience (multi-phase projects)
  • Experienced at planning, manpower tracking, and drawing coordination across all trades including Mechanical Systems
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Bluebeam/Submittal Exchange preferred
  • Willing to work off-hours when needed (active hospital elevator replacement project)
  • Institutional experience a plus.

  • Compensation range Min: $120,000 to Max: $133,000
  • The range provided is the salary that the Firm in good faith believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined on the individual candidate's qualifications and location
