Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and eager-to-learn Admin & HR Intern to support our Administrative and Human Resources functions. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment coordination, onboarding/offboarding, employee records management, office operations, and day-to-day administrative support.

This is a great opportunity for candidates who want to gain practical experience in HR and office administration within a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.

ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Office Support
  • Provide front desk reception support at the headquarters office
  • Coordinate and arrange business travel bookings for employees in the Canada region
  • Provide general administrative support (e.g., data entry, document filing, and meeting coordination)
  • Support office operations, including office supplies management and vendor coordination
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and organizing internal events
  • Help ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and follow up on administrative tasks
  • Support cross-functional teams as needed on operational and coordination work
Human Resources Support
  • Assist with recruitment coordination, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes (e.g., document preparation, checklist management, and cross-team coordination)
  • Maintain and organize employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist with HR data entry, reporting, and internal tracking systems
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal communications
Qualifications
  • Graduated from Human Resources, Business Administration, or related program
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Mandarin or French, is an asset but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); Google Workspace is a plus
  • Able to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn
