About this Role:
This Executive Assistant will support our Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel, providing high level administrative and strategic support. They will serve as the key liaison between executive leadership, internal leadership, and external stakeholders/board members. The ideal candidate will anticipate needs, manage complex schedules, and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar and Meeting Management-Coordinate complex executive calendars and board meetings. Plan and organize board meetings and logistics.
- Communication Liaison-Act as primary point of contact, screen calls, manage email flow and draft correspondence on behalf of leadership. Will be the point person for process servers.
- Database Management-Database maintenance and data entry of legal invoices and well as processing invoices. Maintain and run various spreadsheets/reports.
Requirements:
- Education-AA degree preferred
- Experience-Minimum of five years of Executive Assistant experience. Legal experience helpful but not required. Must have the flexibility to come in early and/or stay late for board meetings. Potential for as needed hybrid remote in the future.
