Summary
Primarily responsible for performing plumbing work and assist foreman on daily tasks and projects.
Essential Functions

• Install commercial and multi-unit residential plumbing systems with precision and expertise.
• Implement commercial and multi-unit residential hydronic heating systems efficiently.
• Test pipe systems and fixtures for leaks to ensure system integrity.
• Interpret blueprints and project layouts effectively for accurate installations.
• Identify and utilize necessary tools and special equipment for each job.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and promptly within deadlines.
• Maintain company-issued vehicle, tools, and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Uphold company core values of integrity, excellence, teamwork, and innovation consistently.
• Travel between job sites and the main office as needed.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned by management.

Education, Qualities & Skills required

• Five years of plumbing experience.
• OSHA 10 Certification
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication and active listening abilities.
• Sound judgment and critical thinking.
• Consistently professional behavior and conduct.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position does not have any direct reports.

Physical Demands

• Work involves standing, sitting, and walking, with effective communication through speech, vision, and hearing.
• Hands-on tasks require simple grasping and fine manipulations.

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights up to 75 pounds is required.
• Exposure to moving machinery, temperature and humidity changes, and dust, fumes, and gases is expected.
• Valid NJ Driver’s License with a clean driving record required.
• Driving and operating equipment are necessary.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position Monday – Saturday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm. Arrangements for flexibility of schedule on Saturday’s will be arranged with Supervisor.
