At Syskoplan Reply, we are seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our sales and marketing team with CRM management, campaign preparation, event coordination, and general administrative support. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in building experience in marketing operations and business support.
- Maintain and update CRM records, including account and contact creation, data enrichment, and ongoing database cleanup; Research and validate contact information (emails, phone numbers, titles) for targeted outreach initiatives
- Build and maintain targeting lists through research, CRM reporting analysis, a/o data aggregation tools, for marketing campaigns and outbound communications
- Assist with preparation and formatting of materials such as eBooks, email campaigns, sales presentations, RFP responses and contracts
- Assist with basic website updates and content edits to keep pages current and aligned with marketing initiatives
- Support trade show and event planning, including pre-event data preparation and post-event data imports and cleanup
- Maintain accuracy of data in various portals (ex, SAP Partner Page, SAP4Me)
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to source promotional items and giveaways, including pricing comparisons and shipping logistics
- Provide operational and administrative support to the sales and marketing teams, including scheduling and coordination as well as general office and administrative support as needed
- Help maintain internal marketing and sales documentation and shared folders
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Preferred 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales operations, administrative support, or a similar role
- Familiarity with marketing and sales tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, ZoomInfo and similar platforms
- Basic experience working with a CRM system
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
