The Resident Engagement Specialist plays a critical role in the success of Novir’s onsite vaccination clinics by serving as a trusted point of contact for residents and their families. This role is focused on education, outreach, and hands-on engagement to ensure residents understand available vaccination services and are registered/consented ahead of scheduled clinics.
Through outreach calls, on-site visits, and close collaboration with the CSS, the Resident Engagement Specialist helps drive participation, addresses questions or concerns, and ensures residents are prepared for a smooth and successful clinic experience.
What You'll Do:
Resident Outreach & Education
  • Conduct outbound calls to residents and/or family members to educate them on upcoming onsite vaccination clinics.
  • Provide clear, compassionate education about vaccines, clinic logistics, and what residents can expect on clinic day.
  • Address common questions and concerns, escalating clinical questions to appropriate medical staff as needed.
  • Build trust and rapport with residents, families, and community stakeholders.
Registration & Coordination
  • Assist residents with registration for onsite vaccination clinics, including collecting required information and consents.
  • Verify resident eligibility, insurance information, and demographic details as applicable.
  • Track registration progress and follow up with residents who have not completed enrollment.
  • Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
On-Site Engagement
  • Conduct on-site visits at senior living communities or other residential settings to promote upcoming clinics.
  • Host or support informational sessions and registration events.
  • Work closely with community staff to coordinate outreach efforts and maximize participation.
Collaboration & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, registrations, and resident feedback.
  • Identify trends, barriers to participation, and opportunities to improve engagement strategies.
Key Experience We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 3+years' experience in client relations or management, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Experience effectively managing multiple clients, and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of customer support strategies and best practices.
  • Experience working with CRM software and other relevant tools to manage and track client interactions
