Shirley - RN or LPN Needed for Home and School Pediatric Patient at Christian Nursing Registry Inc. – Shirley, New York

Patient Details: Patient is a joyful and engaging 7-year-old female with Scoliosis. She is tracheostomy and g-tube dependent and requires use of a ventilator at night. She is non-ambulatory, but actively moves around with assistance. Weekdays she attends school and is socially engaged with others. She is alert, expressive, and talkative – a true chatterbox who loves interaction and activity.

Shifts Avail:
• Days: Sunday & Monday 7am - 8pm and Friday & Saturday 7am – 11pm
*(Weekday shifts will be for Home and School)
• Overnights: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 8pm - 7am

Requirement:
• Current New York State RN or LPN Nursing License
