What You’ll Do
- Respond to residential service calls promptly and professionally
- Diagnose plumbing issues and provide practical, customer-focused solutions
- Estimate costs for repairs and installations with accuracy
- Perform plumbing repairs and installations efficiently, meeting company standards
- Maintain strong customer rapport and promote the Tom Drexler brand
- Safely lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Current Kentucky Journeyman or Master Plumbing License
- Residential plumbing service experience
- Availability for flexible scheduling including evenings and rotating Saturdays
- Strong customer service skills and ability to maintain professional client relationships
- Energetic, positive, and self-motivated mindset
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
