· Defend employers in a broad range of employment matters· Manage cases through all phases of litigation, including trial preparation· Draft and argue motions and summary judgments· Conduct depositions, written discovery, and witness interviews· Provide strategic legal advice to clients on employment-related risks and compliance Required:· Recent employment litigation experience· CA bar
