U.S. Forest Service Reservations Specialist (Part-Time), REMOTE, SEASONAL at American Land & Leisure – PLEASANT GROVE, Utah

American Land & Leisure has been managing Campgrounds, Day Use Areas and Boat Launches for over 35 years and in 9 states across the country.

• This is a Seasonal, Remote position, but trainings and meetings will occur at the Pleasant Grove Corporate Office.
• Season is from May 1st until October 6th.
• Candidates must have their own computer and internet service. We provide the rest.
• The position will be Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
• This position pays $12.00 per hour with $15 per month internet reimbursement.

Responsibilities and Duties:

* Answer phone calls and emails.

* Help Guests (research answers to customer requests for refunds, make and cancel reservations, answer questions and help with concerns and complaints).

Requirements and Qualifications:

* Customer service and phone experience.

* Skilled in using a computer

* Confident in written and verbal communications.

* Possess Camping knowledge.

* Is a team player.

* Able to manage their time and prioritize.

* Must have own computer and internet service.

* Must live within 1 hour of the Corporate Office in Pleasant Grove, Utah
