Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of site-level HR strategy in partnership with plant leadership and corporate HR
• Oversee all HR operations, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, training, and succession planning
• Serve as a strategic advisor to site leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies; manage risk and resolve complex employee relations issues
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a high-performance, inclusive culture
• Drive communication strategies that align employees with business priorities and promote transparency
• Lead and mentor the HR team, supporting development and operational excellence
• Continuously improve HR processes using data and best practices
• Represent HR in cross-functional initiatives and enterprise-wide programs
• Support organizational growth, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Masters preferred
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership in manufacturing or complex environments
• Proven success leading HR teams and executing strategic initiatives
• Strong experience in employee relations, organizational development, talent strategy, and change management
• Knowledge of employment law, compensation strategy, and compliance
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities across all levels of the organization
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and drive organizational transformation
