About This Position

Description:

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Analyst to help build, maintain, and optimize our marketing data infrastructure. This role will focus on tracking the marketing funnel, improving reporting, and integrating marketing systems to provide clear insights that drive business growth.

The ideal candidate has a background in analytics or IT with strong marketing exposure, enjoys building systems and dashboards, and can translate complex marketing data into actionable insights. This role will support marketing and revenue operations and data integrations across CRM, reporting tools, and marketing platforms. Sales and call center operations is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track marketing funnel performance.
  • Analyze marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance drivers.
  • Improve and refine marketing reporting processes to provide clear, actionable insights.
  • Create visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Power BI.

Marketing Systems & Data Infrastructure

  • Set up and maintain data connections between marketing platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
  • Develop and manage marketing data pipelines and integrations.
  • Ensure accurate tracking across the entire marketing funnel.
  • Familiarity with lead management, lead routing, dialers, and sales KPI support.

Integration & Technology Management

  • Configure and maintain integrations across the marketing technology stack.
  • Manage data flows between CRM platforms, reporting tools, and marketing platforms.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to improve data reliability
  • Experience with ServiceTitan or other similar lead and operational management systems.

AI & Process Optimization

  • Implement or experiment with AI tools to improve reporting, analysis, and operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and operational tasks.

Marketing Operations Support

  • Support marketing teams with campaign tracking and performance analysis.
  • Assist with improving operational processes and marketing workflows.
  • Ensure marketing teams have accurate and timely data to make decisions.

Sales & Call Center Operations Support

  • Partner with call center leadership to analyze and optimize the full lead to conversion funnel
  • Support implementation of dialer systems, call tracking tools ad CRM workflows
  • Assist with building unified dashboards that serve as a single source of truth
  • Support forecasting and capacity planning by analyzing historical lead volume, trends and conversion rates
Requirements:

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, or marketing operations
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools
  • Experience working with CRM systems and marketing data platforms
  • Ability to build data integrations and manage data flows between systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience building dashboards and translating data into insights

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in marketing analytics or marketing operations
  • Experience with ServiceTitan data or similar operational platforms
  • Familiarity with AI tools integrated into reporting or operational workflows
  • Experience working with data connectors, APIs, or ETL tools
  • Understanding of marketing lead funnels, attribution, and campaign tracking
