As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Data Center Door Technician to join our team and drive our relationships with hyperscale clients to new heights.

Data Center Door Technician:

The Door Technician's responsibility is to adjust equipment to ensure optimal performance. Repair worn, damaged or defective mechanical parts. This position will also be responsible for ordering & moving of supplies, interpreting blueprints and the documentation of operational activates.

Location: Onsite in Pryor OK

Work Hours: Primarily Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.| Flexibility is required based on client needs and may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble mechanical components or machine parts. 
  • Adjust equipment to ensure optimal performance. 
  • Order materials, supplies, or equipment. 
  • Move materials, equipment, or supplies. 
  • Document operational activities. 
  • Repair worn, damaged, or defective mechanical parts. 
  • Install hardware or other interior fixtures. 
  • Gather information about work conditions or locations. 
  • Assemble structural components. 
  • Position equipment using hand tools, power tools, or heavy equipment. 
  • Move large objects using heavy equipment. 
  • Lubricate equipment to allow proper functioning. 
  • Disassemble equipment for maintenance or repair. 
  • Remove parts or components from equipment. 
  • Drill holes in parts, equipment, or materials. 
  • Fabricate parts or components. 
  • Run wiring to connect equipment. 
  • Cut materials according to specifications or needs. 
  • Interpret blueprints, specifications, or diagrams to inform installation, development, or operation activities. 
  • Install structural foundations. 
  • Test mechanical equipment to ensure proper functioning. 
  • Clean equipment, parts, or tools to repair or maintain them in good working order. 

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, up to 40lbs.
  • Ability to climb ladders and multiple flights of stairs to access elevated equipment
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time in various work environments
  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach for equipment related tasks
  • Basic physical fitness to respond quickly to emergency situations and navigate areas quickly
  • Ability to move quickly and efficiently withing various work environments to troubleshoot issues or respond to emergencies.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity for working with small components and connectors
  • Clear vision, with or without correction, to perform tasks requiring attention to detail and precision while wearing safety glasses
  • Ability to differentiate between color-coded warning signs, labels, and cables
  • Ability to work in environments with a wide variety temperature inside a facility
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures, rain, or snow
  • Capability to work in environments with elevated noise levels while wearing hearing protection
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license for work-related travel, as required

Compensation & Benefits Disclosure

The base pay range for this role is $33.00 to 35.00 per hour. This range reflects a good‑faith estimate of what we reasonably expect to pay upon hire, based on factors such as skills, experience, education, and market/location. Our comprehensive benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, Health Savings Account (HSA), gym discount, mental health, Discounted Group Life & AD&D, Discounted Group Short & Long-term Disability, 401(k) retirement matching, PTO/paid holidays, and parental leave. Final compensation will be determined by job‑related factors consistent with applicable law.
