This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of HR and technology, supporting and enhancing a modern HR systems landscape. You will play a key role in managing and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors modules while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and system performance. Collaborating with HR teams, IT specialists, and business stakeholders, you will drive system improvements and support digital transformation initiatives. The position involves both operational support and project-based work, including system implementations and upgrades. You will also contribute to data integrity, compliance, and process optimization across the HR ecosystem. - Manage and support multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring efficient daily operations and system reliability
- Handle and resolve HR system tickets, including escalations, while promoting self-service capabilities
- Support system releases, including reviewing updates, conducting testing, and identifying enhancement opportunities
- Assist in the implementation of new modules or features, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Monitor and optimize system integrations with internal platforms and third-party tools
- Ensure secure and compliant data management aligned with data protection standards
- Analyze HR processes to identify opportunities for improvement and system optimization
- Maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials to support system adoption and knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and external partners to align system design with evolving business needs
- Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including administration and implementation across multiple modules
- Hands-on expertise with modules such as Employee Central, PMGM, Onboarding, Succession, and Performance Management
- Knowledge of Role-Based Permissions, workflows, and business rules within SuccessFactors
- Experience with system integrations, including SAP Integration Centre and third-party platforms
- Understanding of HR processes, data governance, and compliance requirements
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in global, fast-paced, and complex system environments
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience in project delivery across full lifecycle implementations is a plus
- SAP SuccessFactors certification, particularly in Employee Central, is advantageous
