About the Role:
The Merchandising Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and execution of merchandising initiatives to maximize product visibility, sales, and profitability across multiple channels. This position requires a deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and inventory management to curate compelling product assortments that align with brand objectives. The Merchandising Lead collaborates closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, supply chain, and finance to ensure seamless product launches and promotional activities. By analyzing sales data and customer feedback, the role continuously optimizes merchandising strategies to enhance the customer experience and meet business goals. Ultimately, the Merchandising Lead is responsible for leading a team to deliver innovative merchandising solutions that strengthen the brand’s competitive position in the marketplace.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandising or retail management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful merchandising strategies that drive sales growth.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and merchandising software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Experience working in a fast-paced retail or e-commerce environment.
- Familiarity with advanced inventory management systems and demand forecasting techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive merchandising strategies that align with overall business objectives and market demands.

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal assortments.

- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership to communicate merchandising performance and strategic recommendations.
