Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:

• Hold an active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license and 2+ years of prescribing experience

• Active DEA and individual NPI number

• Submission of a fully completed, signed CAQH application

• Collaborating/supervising physician agreement, or willing to obtain one (depending on state requirements)

• Reliable internet connection

• Independent liability insurance; minimum coverage amount required is $1 million occurrence/$3 million aggregate

• Note: Talkspace psychiatric providers only work with patients in the state(s) where they are licensed
