Server Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Server Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our servers and ensure that our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately

Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently

Refill water, bread, and other table necessities throughout the meal

Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including sweeping and mopping floors

Help set up and break down dining areas before and after service

Restock server stations with necessary supplies, such as silverware, glassware, and napkins

Address guest needs and inquiries with a positive and helpful attitude

Assist with delivering checks and processing payments when required

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service

Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and disposal of food

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus, but not required

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Physical ability to carry heavy trays and stand for extended periods

Physical Requirements:

• Must regularly stand for long periods of time, bend, stoop, turn, lift, walk, and carry and lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
