We are building a talent pool of experienced Cabinet Makers for opportunities expected from late 2026 and into 2027.
Your Role:
- Prepare and finish surfaces by applying laminate or wood veneers to aircraft monuments, using professional glue spray systems for a flawless result.
- Cut and fit moldings on both straight and curved surfaces, demonstrating your attention to detail and technical ability.
- Assemble cabinetry with precision, using 3D drawings and technical documentation as your guide.
- Install hardware such as drawer slides, hinges, and latches, working with both hand tools and workshop equipment.
- Collaborate with a skilled team, sharing knowledge and supporting each other to achieve the highest standards.

Your profile:
- Qualified Cabinetmaker (apprenticeship diploma) or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Experience in aviation interiors is a strong plus; but not required.
- Solid understanding of materials like lightweight panels, veneer, hardwood, and laminate.
- Comfortable using computer systems and digital tools in your daily work.
- Motivated to learn new techniques, develop your skills, and take pride in your craftsmanship.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help colleagues.
- Fluent in English (B1 Level); German and/or French skills are an advantage.
