Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Experience with office management software and tools.
Responsibilities:
- This role handles administrative tasks, some of the below may or may not apply depending on department assignment and needs.
- Sort, distribute and handle all incoming and outgoing mail, seeking direction as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for staff as needed.
- Answer and direct multi-line phone calls, providing excellent customer service and relaying messages accurately.
- Organize and arrange meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems, ensuring that all documents are easily accessible and up-to-date.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned.
