Job Summary:

The Intake Attorney will deliver stellar client service to clients on behalf of Thomas J. Henry Law while adhering to the highest ethical standards of the legal profession. Speak with potential clients to gather necessary information about their legal matter and obtain authority from managing attorney.

Essential Job Functions:

Conduct Intake meeting with new clientsCommunicate daily with firm’s managers and leaders using multiple mediums (ie. Email, written reports, one on one presentations, ect.)Potential new client evaluationAddress/return all client calls by end of business dayGetting facts and reviewing with manager for authority to sign, decline, further evaluate, as well as immediately escalate serious injury or death cases for Senior Attorney review.Additional projects, as assigned.Competencies:
