Job Summary
Georgia Vision Institute is seeking a high-energy, personable individual to join our optical team. This position is based primarily in Carrollton, with occasional travel to our other locations.
This is a patient-facing, sales-focused role where personality and communication matter just as much as skill.
Optical experience is a plus, but is not required—we will train the right person.

Responsibilities
• Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses based on lifestyle, needs, and budget
• Recommend lens options, upgrades, and coatings
• Deliver a positive, engaging patient experience
• Drive optical sales through strong communication and confidence
• Enter and manage orders accurately
• Perform frame adjustments and fittings
• Work alongside clinical staff to maintain efficient patient flow

• Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality
• Strong communication and people skills
• Sales or customer service experience preferred (retail, hospitality, etc.)
• Comfortable making recommendations and guiding decisions
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations
