About the Role

A growing marketing company is looking for a passionate, organized, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join their team and help keep things running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves wearing multiple hats, and takes pride in keeping an office organized and efficient.

We hire part-time to start for a 90-day trial period, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance and growth.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Welcoming guests and clients as they come into the office
  • Answering and managing incoming company calls
  • Keeping track of office supply inventory and ordering as needed
  • Organizing, tracking, packing, and sending direct mail marketing campaigns
  • Tracking invoices, commission checks, and bill pay dates
  • Maintaining and organizing a company calendar of important dates
  • Coordinating food and event logistics for in-office celebrations and monthly company events
  • Monitoring and creating engaging content for company social media channels
  • Assisting department managers with data entry and document management
  • Supporting light graphic design work or willingness to learn
  • Providing general support to the leadership team as needed

What We Are Looking For

  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must be a people person, both in person and on the phone
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in office management, administration, data entry, and/or social media coordination
  • High level of attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and meet deadlines

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday
