Local CDL Driver in Monroe, Wisconsin at Alter Trading Corp

The Role:

• $23–$27 per hour, home daily, paid weekly, overtime after 40 hours.
• Hours: 8am to 4:30pm
• Typical Daily Runs: 2-8

• Operates a truck picking up metal within specified area.
• Wait to be loaded by either Alter or customer and drive loads to customer or Alter.
• Secure the load based on type of truck or box.
• Follow company safety standards at all times, including inspections, PPE and attending monthly safety meetings.
• Communicate with dispatcher concerning delays, unsafe routes, accidents, equipment breakdowns
• Other responsibilities as assigned

• Valid Class A CDL
• Prior Commercial Driving Experience, at least 1 year
• Ability to drive manual trucks, required
• MVR able to pass our Safety requirements
