Accounts Receivable/collections Representative

Location: Zone 4, Guatemala City (Hybrid modality)
We are looking for a Accounts Receivable/collections Representative to support our Boss Revolution/NRS customers. In this role, you will handle inbound calls, assist customers with billing inquiries, process payments, address past-due balances, and guide clients through basic account solutions.
- English Level: 80% or higher (B2 / conversational fluency).
- At least 6 months of collections experience
- High school diploma completed.
- Strong sense of responsibility, active listening, and clear communication skills.
- Morning training schedule.
- Two consecutive days off (weekdays or weekends).
