What You’ll Do

• Work closely with General Manager to hire, train, supervise, and support growth for all Cafe staff
• Foster a team culture of positivity, accountability, radical candor, and growth mindset
• Ordering food and supplies from vendors and pay invoices accurately and on-time
• Follow health, safety, and food handling guidelines
• Consistently demonstrate efficiencies in food preparation
• Maintain cleanliness of the cafe including dishes, tables, counters, and equipment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications

• MAST Permit required within 60 days of employment
• Food Handlers Permit required within 14 days of employment
• 2+ years experience in food service or hospitality management
• Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Effective communication skills with team members, vendors, and guests

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Food Manager Certification
• Previous experience with Toast POS
• Experience developing recipes, menus, and rotating seasonal speciality items
